The name of the character I am describing is Olivia
She looks like pink shirt, blue pants, brown skin, short, black hair and a hat.
She looks like that because she likes to dress herself up, she likes the hat that she got from her parents, she was born with brown skin and she cut her hair.
I wonder if Olivia starts playing with her cousins Len Len and Inting on the mud.
