Anzac Poem

Anzac is war

But when they fight they create more

Soldiers will be hired

And when they start to fought they will get tired

Soldier with big guns

Will aim for their enemies to be done

Now let us gather here to witness them with our might

And soon they will be great as the light

The best anzac cookies!

1 ½ cup flour

1 ½ cup coconut

1 ½ cup oats

1 cup brown sugar

180 grams butter    

3 tablespoon golden syrup

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Large mixing bowl

2 baking trays

            Step by step instructions

step 1:Wash your hands.

step 2:Get ingredients ready.

step 3:Preheat oven to 180 degrees

step 4:Put baking paper on to 2 trays.

step 5:3 tablespoons of golden syrup and butter put it in the microwave-safe bowl.

step 6:Get 1 cup of brown sugar and put it into a large bowl. Then get 1 ½ cups of, oats, coconut, flour  and put into the large bowl. Mix all ingredients together.

step 7:Teaspoons hot water with ¾ tsp baking soda.

step 8:Mix all the butter and baking soda in with the dry ingredient really well.

step 9:Dip your hand into cold water and then grab some dough and roll into 30 balls.

Step 10:Put it in to 2 trays and then put it in the oven to be cooked.

step 11:Bake for 15 minutes.

The Anzac cookies were delicious, they were kid of easy to make and I would reccomend that anyone who loves cookies should try this recipe.
